Speaking of birthdays...July has a bumper crop. Gary Wayne Hess was born on 07/09/70 making him 37. MISS EM was all of 15 and all that yesterday. MARY BETH WALNUT IS 48 TODAY!! And her beloved groom, our very special non-blood Donald will be 49 on the 26th. I do believe our lovely Melissa Batusic of the Good Morning American fame will be 28 on the 14th. To each of you, from the ridiciously young to the faux middle age, HAPPY BIRTHDAY. And to you, MB, I am really sorry that when Dad went to whomping anything he could reach in the back seat while he was driving 52 miles down the interstate, WE always pushed you forward. It was Joan's idea.
1954 was a very good year. Do you know which our our most beloved non-bloods celebrates with Miss Liberty?
So does that mean Carolyn's Gary is the youngest of both the non-bloods AND the bloods? That really makes me feel old. I actually remember the summer of '70 all too well. No comment. We need to add GWH's b-date to the list. And as far as pushing MB in the line of whomping fire...that idea never came from me. I was always the one squished against the van door...praying that it would not fly open on one of those mountainous hair-pin turns.
And speaking of old...nice try Ann...check your year.
